My gaydar doesnt work and Im not attracted to Butch girls...

Im a femme and Im attracted to Femmes but it's hard to spot the lezzy's. It seems like unless a chick is super butch I cant tell if she's gay or not. Am I the only one with this problem? Is it impossible to find a beautiful, intelligent femenine woman without throwing on some boyish clothes and chopping my hair off?

I Kind of have the same issue going on. It kills me because I dont want to be to butch ( not that there is anything wrong with it) but it seems as though its a protocol for attracting femenine women. So what usually happens to me is I find myself in situations were str8 girls are attracted to me. Its very difficult because its easy to fall for these girls but I dont know if there serious or teasing.

However, i did have experience with another femme but tha was just experimenting and it was with my friend, after we tried it for the firts time and that was when we were drunk we did do it again when we were drunk (thats when were were out partyuing lol), but never mentioned it to one another when we were sobber lol. I did tried it with 3 of my friends but i suppose we were all bisexual not lesbians. They are all femme and beautiful, but too bad now i live in a different country and they are a bit far from where i am...would love to meet someone here though, but it will take me awhile since i have no friends yet here. Anyway, when it comes to gaydar thing, i think its just the intuition that tells you, thats what it was with three of my friends, but not other friends. And trust me my intuition didnt dissapoint me at all. So, trust your intuition.

`I'm still working on my gaydar too. Sometimes I get a sense or intuition as someone said but I don't really know for sure unless I can ask someone with more experience. I only really know through the internet which is why I love it & when I go to groups from meetup.com that are queer women related. I've never fallen for a straight girl & I haven't done anything with friends though sometimes I wish I could but they're not attracted or I'm not their type but I love my queer friends. It's hard to make the first move too even if you do know they're queer. Maybe we'll all be pros someday or we just keep trying.
